Ponerlos en el vaso de la batidora y triturarlos hasta formar un pur\u00e9. Monta la nata con la batidora de varillas hasta que est\u00e9 firme, a\u00f1adiendo poco a poco el az\u00facar y con cuidado de no excederse para que no se corte la mezcla. Mezcla el pur\u00e9 de pl\u00e1tano con la nata montada, hasta que se forme una mousse homog\u00e9nea.
