Los dejamos que se cuezan.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pelamos la cebolla y la cortamos en juliana, ponemos una sart\u00e9n con aceite y la fre\u00edmos. Cuando veamos que la cebolla ya va cogiendo color, a\u00f1adimos los champi\u00f1ones y por \u00faltimo el beicon.<br \/>\nAhora es momento de a\u00f1adir la nata, teniendo en cuenta que si tenemos mucho aceite de fre\u00edr la cebolla, el champi\u00f1\u00f3n y el beicon, quitaremos un poquito.
